What does P204D mean?
The DTC P204D (Reductant Pressure Sensor Circuit High) is a fault code stored by the ECU when it detects a AdBlue pressure high condition in the adblue/scr subsystem. It is commonly seen on European and Asian vehicles using Bosch, Continental, Siemens or Denso ECUs.

- Blocked AdBlue injector (crystallized urea)
- Failed pressure regulator
- Sensor fault
