What does P2015 mean?
The DTC P2015 (Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor (Bank 1) — VAG) is a fault code stored by the ECU when it detects a VAG IMRC sensor condition in the air/fuel subsystem. It is commonly seen on European and Asian vehicles using Bosch, Continental, Siemens or Denso ECUs.

- Cracked plastic intake manifold (VAG TDI EA189)
- Failed runner position sensor
- Broken swirl flap motor
How to fix P2015
P2015 on TDI = cracked manifold, replacement needed. Aftermarket aluminum manifolds available (€300-500).
