The DTC P0641 (Sensor Reference Voltage A Circuit Open) is a fault code stored by the ECU when it detects a 5V ref open condition in the ecu subsystem. It is commonly seen on European and Asian vehicles using Bosch, Continental, Siemens or Denso ECUs.
