What does P0151 mean?
The DTC P0151 (O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 1)) is a fault code stored by the ECU when it detects a O2 B2S1 low condition in the emissions subsystem. It is commonly seen on European and Asian vehicles using Bosch, Continental, Siemens or Denso ECUs.
Common causes of P0151
- Lean on bank 2 (vacuum leak that side)
- Failed B2 O2 sensor
- Bank 2 exhaust leak
How to fix P0151
Same as P0131 but bank 2. Common on V-engines with intake manifold leaks on one bank.
